There are flames we blow out and others we fan. Lit Heart is one of the latter. A glimmer of light sitting there, quiet, but saying it all. A small revolution in the darkness, a miniature bonfire that illuminates what already burns within us.

Because we sometimes forget that it beats, that it dances, that it lives strongly beneath the skin. We run, we think, we conserve our light as if we were at risk of running out of fuel. But no. This candle is there for that. To remind us that each beat is a declaration, a shining proof that we are unique, incandescent, vibrant.
